We suggest: The Talent Management Handbook: Creating Organizational Excellence by Identifying, Developing, and Promoting Your Best People by Lance A. Berger and Dorothy R. Berger. We also suggest the new KingdomalityÆ book by Sheldon Bowles, with foreword by Ken Blanchard. Both books discuss strategies for the best deployment and utilization of talent, across occupations.
