Rapid Growth Results in New Company

The success of Career Management International's Æ (CMI) training and development services has led to the creation of a new company. On September 1, 1997, the Leadership Difference will debut. This new organization will provide CMI's clients training and development services while responding to the increasing requests of new customers.

Career Management InternationalÆ, founded in 1976 and headquartered in Houston, Texas, specializes in career transitioning, career development and employee assistance programs. Two years ago, CMI opened a southeast regional office in Orlando, Florida for the purpose of offering unique training and organizational development services including the vastly popular Kingdomality SeriesÆ. "The success of KingdomalityÆ and the Certified Leadership Program far exceeded our expectations," says Dave Mitchell, CMI's former Vice President of the Southeast Region and now the President of the Leadership Difference. The Leadership Difference will feature the Kingdomality SeriesÆ and the Certified Leaders Program, the two most popular training programs during the last two years. The Kingdomality SeriesÆ is a team performance enhancement program that explores individual personality traits, interests and abilities to identify team strengths, build individual self esteem and better prepare people to build strong relationships with their internal and external customers while also managing the stress inherent in today's business world. The Certified Leadership Program is a customized program which provides practical skills for leaders to improve or enhance their performance. In addition to these programs, the Leadership Difference will offer over 40 other programs in the area of leadership, customer service and human relations.
