For Immediate Release
April 6, 1997
Career Management InternationalĘ (CMI) will be presenting its unique Kingdomality™ program when human resources professionals representing Fortune 1000 companies gather in Dallas, Texas to attend "one of the biggest human resources events of the year." April 13-14 at the Wyndham Anatole Hotel in Dallas are the dates for the American Management Association¼s 68th Annual Human Resources Conference. CMI is proud to be a part of this strategic human resources event and has chosen Kingdomality™, a remarkably easy to use and non-threatening behavioral analysis and learning process, to be the first interface with the entire Kingdomality™ training series for many of the participants. The Kingdomality™ series was recently expanded in response to requests from a number of Fortune 1000 companies and is now being used extensively by corporations for team building and improved communications.
When creating Kingdomality™, program developers at CMI emphasized imagery and language of the enchanting and gallant medieval period to acknowledge and explain diverse personality types. Conference attendees will be able to match their personality style to vocational personalities of the medieval kingdom, such as Dreamer/Minstrel, Merchant, Black Knight or even the Bishop. This stylized characterization of the personality types helps individuals better perceive their own work and communication styles and learn how to increase their understanding of others' styles.
CMI has successfully used the Personal Preference Profile, and its colorful descriptors, as a beginning step in many successful customized training seminars and programs. This unique approach has improved the productivity and efficiency of companies in petrochemicals, banking, manufacturing, and medical areas as well as education and government entities.
Career Management International (CMI) is celebrating its 20th year of business.
