Ken Goodrick, Ph.D. who has been on the faculty of the Texas Medical Center since 1984 and is a former director of the University of Texas Health Science center, has recently completed a validation study of Career Management International's (CMI) Career Alignment Profile™. Dr. Goodrick found that the CAP™, in addition to its ease of use and relatively simple test design, provides results comparable to other established career direction assessment methods which require extensive client time for completion.
"The Career Alignment Profile™" says Richard Silvano, its developer and head of research and development for CMI, "is designed to guide participants through a simple process which accurately identifies, defines and colors their marketable interests, abilities and work styles.
