deliver a one-two punch to Doleta's (Department of Labor /
Employee Training Administration) multi-million dollar O-Net
program. Doleta had estimated a possible "Turn of the
Century" delivery date for an interactive Dictionary of
Occupational Titles. However, sharp-eyed internet browsers were
treated to an early Christmas present. Two Houston firms invited
everyone to find out what they should be when they grow up by
using the interactive CareerPassport™ to access the
Dictionary of Occupational Titles.
In the first two and one half hours after the site went live, more than 3,500 career curious grabbed the opportunity. The response continues to be so overwhelming that CareerPassport™ will remain on the World Wide Web through February to allow everyone a chance to satisfy their curiosity consistently in the upper 95 percentile in all measurable areas.
