Company
Career Management International, Inc. donates services to support the Society for Human Resource Management Fort Worth Chapter HOUSTON, December 28, 2004 Career Management International, Inc., a global HR consulting firm, brought its one-of-a-kind Kingdomality® training program to The Long Term Care Division of Transamerica Life Insurance Company in Bedford, TX. Transamerica won the training through a silent auction at the HR Southwest Conference at which CMI exhibited in Fort Worth, TX. The silent auction package included a half-day presentation of Kingdomality® Part I, CMI's innovative, proprietary training tool. The training was held on-site for Transamerica earlier this month and focused on how Kingdomality could help maximize team and employee potential through more positive, open, consistent, and effective communication. The Kingdomality Training Series assists individuals and organizations in overcoming barriers to improving communication. It provides a non-threatening approach for individuals to understand their interactive styles, the interactive styles of their co-workers and why the personality strengths of each individual are important to the success of the team. CMI's corporate trainer and executive coach, Carol Giardina, M.Ed., LPC, said, "Each participant discovered the unique perspectives through which they and their co-workers view the world. They learned how these differences are really complementary styles, as Kingdomality helps people understand their own strengths and blind spots and those of others. The ability to view diversity from a strength and temperament approach fostered a greater appreciation individually and collectively for this team." When asked, "What is the single greatest benefit of Kingdomality training?" the participants' responses included: "I now have a better understanding of my co-workers personality styles;" "I understand the different operational styles and how to interact more positively with each;" "I now realize why people interact the way they do;" "I better understand myself and how I work with others;" and "I think this will help participants develop more tolerance for each other."
