[Houston, Texas, November 23, 1998] Career Management InternationalÆ (CMI), a human resources and consulting firm, is pleased to announce the opening of a new office in Huntsville, Alabama located at 2011 Gallatin Street, S.E.. Susan Silvano, President of CMI, says "the addition of this office will give CMI an even greater presence in the southeast and the ability to bring expedient, quality service to our clients in Alabama, Mississippi, and Missouri." CMI also operates other full service offices in Arizona, Texas, Florida, Louisiana and California in addition to associate offices throughout the United States and Canada.
Gary Huckaby will manage operations, training and counseling in this office and is supported by three additional counselors. Dr. Huckaby currently holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the the University of Mississippi. He has developed and presented numerous workshops and seminars in addition to specializing in corporate consulting, outplacement and executive coaching. Dr. Huckaby and his associates provide employee assistance program services to many national companies with divisions in the Huntsville area. He has conducted over 300 workshops and seminars on topics such as leadership development, supervisory skills, time management, violence in the workplace, sexual harassment, conflict resolution, communication skills, and stress management.
