Career Management InternationalÆ (CMI), joins the Greater
Houston Partnership's Developing Business Workshops again on
October 23 to present "Team Based Management" to be
held at the Holiday Inn Select, 2712 Southwest Freeway, Houston,
Texas, from 8-11:30 AM. This workshop is designed to highlight
the most relevant information on understanding team dynamics and
instructs participants how to increase organizational
producitivity by informed team design and maintenance.
Business owners, managers and leaders who want to learn how to run their organizations more efficiently and profitably by utilizing team based management will benefit from a panel discussion including representatives from the Partnership, Gribble Brown Strategic Advisors and Career Management InternationalÆ. Determining the criteria for a successful team by analyzing individual strengths and accomplishments to determine appropriate roles and how to measure a management team in the context of total quality management, are just a few of the topics the workshop panelists will discuss.
