On Wednesday, January 22nd, from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM , at The Houstonian Hotel, 111 N. Post Oak Lane, Career Management International (CMI), along with six other specialized consulting firms, is presenting a seminar designed to help business owners, leaders and managers cope successfully with present and future business problems. "Managing Change" features speakers from Houston businesses who have learned how to predict changes in the marketplace and have profited by making change work for them. Their presentations are designed to pass that knowledge along by providing effective solutions to a number of potentially costly human resources issues; including avoiding lawsuits, investing profitabilty, training through technology, cost effective staffing, diversity solutions, corporate wellness, and leadership development.
The keynote speaker, Jim "Mac" McInvale of Gallery Furniture, who personally built his company from scratch into a respected and popular furniture dealership with $80 million in annual sales, will lead off the event with additional information exchanges by Wickliff & Hall, Rauscher Pierce Refsnes, Corestaff, CMI, Workplace Solutions, Loga Multimedia, ImageSource and The Houstonian.
Career Management International has orchestrated hundreds of seminars since the seventies, but is particularly proud of this upcoming event.
