The unemployment rate is at its lowest now than it's been in six years. This is good news for those trying to join the work force, but not so great for companies looking to hire. According to USA Today, new job applicants are more likely to be actively looking for work elsewhere, taking illegal drugs, or breaking the law. They are more likely to be hired. Why?
