Career Management International, Inc. ... Auctions Kingdomality® to the Highest Bidder!
HOUSTON - (September 10, 2004) Career Management International, Inc. (CMI) has donated their exciting Kingdomality® workshop to benefit the HR Southwest scholarship program. A 1/2-day version (for up to 10 people) of the popular Kingdomality presentation by CMI is being offered for auction in October, with proceeds going toward student scholarships to be awarded by the HR Southwest Conference and Expo. The participants will learn which of the twelve types they were in the medieval kingdom and how their type can succeed in the corporate kingdom of today. They will also take home a binder with informative information on how to effectively communicate with the other members of their kingdom, such as "Benevolent Rulers" or "Bishops" or perhaps even "Black Knights." Workshop topics will include:
Kingdomality creator, Richard Silvano stated, "Over 13 million people have visited the Kingdomality website to find out who they are in the medieval kingdom. The Kingdomality program teaches how the different characters benefit the success of an organization and the importance of learning to interact with others who may have a totally different perspective and communication style. Kingdomality is the foundation for CMI programs in team building, diversity awareness, change management, and conflict resolution. Kingdomality workshops are popular in both the public and private sectors because the creative and engaging approach facilitates successful implementation, which in turn reflects positively on the bottom line." An even greater tribute to the value of Kingdomality is the upcoming release of the book Kingdomality:- An Ingenious Way to Triumph in Management. The book, to be released in January, 2005 by Hyperion Publishing, is described on their website as something that "will change the way you work -- forever." By pinpointing 12 types of employees -- and recognizing their strengths and weaknesses -- Kingdomality offers practical business improvement tools to help managers to flourish in kingdoms large and small. The 2004 HR Southwest Regional Human Resources Conference and Exposition will be held at the Fort Worth Convention Center on October 5-8, and will offer world-renowned keynote speakers including James Carville and Mary Matalin. Extensive educational sessions, valuable networking forums and a first-class venue for discovering the newest HR products, techniques and services are important reasons to attend the 2004 HR Southwest Regional Human Resources Conference and Exposition. CMI will be assisting conference goers to find out their medieval personality type at booth #403. Go to http://www.hrsouthwest.com for information and registration.
