For Immediate Release Making an Impact with Houston HR Professionals!
Kingdomality will be featured at the HR Houston 2005 Gulf Coast Symposium on Human Resource Issues!
HOUSTON, April 8, 2005 - Career Management International, Inc. (CMI) will participate in the HHRMA Gulf Coast Symposium, one of the state's largest gathering of human resource professionals, held next week, April 12-14 in Houston, Texas. Making an Impact: Expanding the Value of HR is this year's theme, and CMI's Kingdomality® fits the bill, delivering measurable results in the area of Human Resource Management.
More than 15 million people have learned who they are in their own kingdoms through the wildly popular Kingdomality® personality preference profile created by Richard and Susan Silvano. Kingdomality is designed to help people identify their own unique approach to life - as well as that of others. And, Kingdomality can create as well as enhance balanced and effective relationships in all life arenas. Visitors to the CMI booth will be able to participate in a hands-on Kingdomality experience. Professional career specialists will assist individuals in identifying their own personal preferences and in translating those characteristics into traits used to describe their medieval characters in the "olde" kingdom. Each visitor will then have an opportunity to relate their "medieval personality" to their own modern counterpart in today's corporate world.
CMI will host a "Developing HR Resources" session at 3:45pm on Tuesday April 12 that promises good, solid networking tips, opportunities and fun! Stay to meet the authors of Kingdomality®: An Ingenious New Way to Triumph in Management, written by best-selling author Sheldon Bowles and coauthors Richard and Susan Silvano, at the book signing to follow at 4:45pm. Hyperion Books released the Kingdomality book earlier this year and holds promise to be the most popular new management book. According to Hyperion, "Kingdomality will change the way you work - forever." Fans of Kingdomality say it is for much more than just management, however, and add, "Kingdomality will change the way you relate - forever."
Coauthor Susan Silvano said, "In this deceptively simple journey through personality types, the reader is transported to the medieval kingdom of King Harold, where people are all different and things don't always go smoothly. If this sounds like your business or domestic Kingdom, you will be pleasantly surprised at the insights provided with each turn of the page. You'll recognize yourself, friends and family members and gain insights into understanding their motivations, which can improve your interactions in work and play."
Kingdomality creator Richard Silvano asks "Who are you?" and invites all to visit booths 1014 & 1114 at the HHRMA Gulf Coast Symposium in the Reliant Center to find out your place in the medieval kingdom. Or, go to kingdomality.com to take the test and then read the book, "the insider's guide to understanding people."
