For Immediate Release Kingdomality to Impact 2003 NAII Human Resource Conference Houston, Texas ... March 13, 2003 Contact: Melany Roberts Barlow 713-623-8780
Career Management International, Inc. (CMI) will sponsor and participate in the 2003 NAII Human Resources Conference April 6-9 in Tucson, Arizona. The theme is "HR at the Crossroads" and promises attendees many seminars touching on timely issues of concern.
In keeping with this theme, Dr. Gary Huckaby of the CMI Huntsville, Alabama office will present an interactive seminar featuring CMI's unique assessment process, Kingdomality at a CMI-sponsored opening-night dinner. Participants will complete the Kingdomality assessment and begin to explore their individualized results. Dr. Huckaby will lead guests in discovering how this applies in the current changing organizations of the insurance industry and relates to HR professionals as primary drivers of value.
During the conference, attendees can visit the CMI booth and experience Kingdomality first-hand. Professional career specialists will assist individuals in identifying their personal preferences, translating those characteristics into traits used to describe any of 12 medieval characters in the "olde" kingdom, then relating their "medieval personality" to today's corporate world.
CMI participates in many conferences annually at locations throughout the U.S. which attract a diverse audience of individuals from many industries. Researchers at CMI continue to analyze the "medieval characteristics" of people taking the Personal Preference Profile at these conferences and trade shows.
Not surprisingly, over one third of the attendees at recent Human Resources Conferences were Dreamer Minstrels. Susan Silvano, CEO of CMI and co-developer of Kingdomality, says "Kingdomality is non-threatening and an easy way for people to understand their preferred style and understand how that style can be best used to communicate effectively. The Dreamer Minstrels, for example, are emotionally creative persons who are usually empathetic, charismatic, and idealistic. Dreamer Minstrels enjoy coming up with creative solutions to 'people problems' and 'traveling through the Corporate Kingdom' explaining their solutions to supervisors and managers". Sounds just like a human resource professional.
You can also find out who you would have been in the medieval kingdom by going to www.kingdomality.com and find out your place in the medieval kingdom!
