The author of the popular style assessment, KingdomalityĆ, is traveling to Disneyland to oversee a special show. Ken Blanchard, author of the One Minute Manager, has asked Richard Silvano and his Houston training staff to join the Blanchard Training Company on the evening of March 9th during their Week of Excellence. Career Management International's training staff, assisted by the staff of Murder Mystery Weekend, is staging a special production of "Murder in the Kingdom" for the members of the Blanchard Company, who are coming to the Disneyland Pacific hotel from all over the U.S., Canada and England.
Almost three hundred people will endeavor to stay in medieval character and dress to help a Los Angeles detective solve several heinous murders. Could the Prime Minister have committed a murder or two to keep the kingdom running smoothly? Or, could it have been the Benevolent Ruler, who finally decided that benevolence was not the best approach to leadership? Say it couldn't be so - could the kindest person in the kingdom - the Shepherd, finally have run out of patience with several countrymen and decided to rub them out?
These questions and more will be answered on the night of March 9th. Richard Silvano, Executive Vice President of Career Management International says, " it is so gratifying to be invited to entertain and train the most influential trainer of them all, Ken Blanchard!" Murder in the Kingdom has been growing steadily in popularity and is currently being employed by a number of corporations as not only great entertainment for an evening, but also as a training tool that shows people how they can effectively use different personality styles to work together for problem solving. CMI's Personal Preference Profile, which can be accessed on the net at kingdomality.com., has been taken by almost 6 million people who now know their unique medieval character and communication style.
