For Immediate Release Kingdomality® Goes Canadian Kingdomality® at the HRPAO HOUSTON, January 1, 2006 - On February 2, Susan Silvano will present a Kingdomality session for HR professionals at the annual HRPAO conference (http://www.hrpao.org/conf2006), to be held in Toronto. Silvano’s firm, Career Management International®, Inc. (CMI) participates in a number of conferences throughout the U.S every year, but this is the first time that Kingdomality has been presented to a Canadian HR association. Attendees to the presentation will be able to learn how to participate in CMI's unique assessment process, Kingdomality, which allows people to identify their personal preferences, translate those characteristics into traits used to describe any of 12 medieval characters in the "olde" kingdom, and relate their "medieval personality" to today's corporate world. Objectives of the presentation for participants are: To identify your own operational /management style
Susan Silvano, CEO of CMI and co-author of the recent book Kingdomality: An Ingenious New Way to Triumph in Management, says "Kingdomality is non threatening and an easy way for people to understand their preferred style and understand how that style can be best used to communicate effectively. Each of us has our own medieval personality type, and using our style to complement the styles of others allows us to work together effectively and efficiently. The Dreamer Minstrels, for example, are emotionally creative people who are usually empathic, charismatic, and idealistic. Dreamer Minstrels enjoy coming up with creative solutions to people problems and traveling through the Corporate Kingdom explaining their solutions to supervisors and managers". Sounds just like a human resource professional! You can also find out who you would have been in the medieval kingdom. Go to www.kingdomality.com and find out your place in the medieval kingdom. CMI is celebrating its 30th year in business.
