For Immediate Release January 1, 2003 Career Management International (CMI) announced today that Roger Campbell and Mason E. (Gene) Swearingen are joining the firm in its Falls Church, VA office, beginning in January 2003. Mr. Campbell has been appointed Vice President of Business Development and Mr. Swearingen Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Campbell and Mr. Swearingen will direct CMI's government and commercial human resources consulting business development efforts in the Eastern United States. Mr. Campbell comes to CMI from Booz Allen and Hamilton (BAH) where he served as a senior human resource management consultant. Prior to BAH, Mr. Campbell was Director of Human Resources for the National Reconnaissance Office. Mr. Campbell completed nearly 30 years as a human resources professional in the Intelligence Community of the Federal Government. Mr. Swearingen was formerly the Director of the Office of Management and Budget for the City of Alexandria, VA. Prior to holding that position he had over twenty years of human resources and management consulting experience in both the public and private sectors.
