• Developed, validated and produced a cost effective, packaged career transition process being used successfully by a variety of industries. The new product utilizes effective and proven techniques and provides a unique alternative approach to the traditional outplacement processes. .
• Custom designed, implemented and managed a three tiered, multi-location outplacement program for 600 separated employees of an international chemical company. Provided program design, supervisory training, event coordination and client counseling that resulted in 92% of the program participants being successfully resolved within ten months. Based on the decisive success of the project, CMI has been subsequently awarded a 2 year extension of the contract. .
• Planned, staffed and managed the downsizing of 1,100 employees of a major utility with multiple locations while concurrently providing employee assistance program services to those affected and to their family members. Because of the success of the project, this downsizing became a model for the electric industry. .
• Provide service for employee assistance clients that is of the highest quality, ensuring that client needs are met by regularly surveying level of satisfaction and consistently receiving highest possible ratings. .
• Analyzed staffing needs, provided redeployment consulting, dual career transition and outplacement counseling for more than 200 employees of one of the nation's largest insurance firms which effected a successful subsidiary relocation from the southwest to the northeast United States. .
• A variety of projects with career transition centers and associated programs to provide services for the results of downsizing, early retirement, acquisitions and mergers.
